Vacant Position: WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR
Vacancy Location: Municipio de Guadalupe, NL.

PROFILE
Education: Chemical or Industrial Technician.
Age: 25 – 30 years and older.
Experience: Six months (professional practices could count depending on the institution or company where they were performed) to one year in operation (desirable) in maintenance of chemical equipment, laboratory, pumps and chemical dosing.
Knowledge: Technical training in organic or industrial chemistry, laboratory, water treatment, COD analysis, BOD5, TSS, alkalinity and AGV’s as well as in measurement of physical characteristics of water with HACH equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

Operation and control of various treatments in application of chemicals, flow measurement equipment, pressures, temperatures, sampling; as well as performing the corresponding analyses, adding chemicals at specific points of the process, maintaining equipment, responsible for the preparation of chemical solutions for the correct dosing of them in the separation and reaction systems.
